Spleen Center

The Spleen is an awareness center that has to do with health, intuition, instinct, safety, precision, and well-being.

Defined Spleen

Consistent access to instinct and intuition about what is healthy for oneself and sometimes for others. Brings a sense of general well-being, security, and the ability to survive. Provides a fixed way of experiencing and dealing with fears.  Operates spontaneously, based on intuitive “hits” and instinctive hunches that happen in a moment and then are gone. Can pay attention to the body’s felt sense of how to stay healthy and heal.  Can be particular in terms of taste and preferences. In an unhealthy state, they take health and security for granted and fail to listen in the moment, allowing the emotional influence of others to interfere with instincts and spontaneity.

Undefined Spleen

Able to see who is healthy and has strong survival instincts and intuitive clarity.  Holistic approaches and careful experimentation with dosages of substances, treatments, and medications can help improve sensitivity in health and immunity, as well as inconsistent access to instinct, intuition, and a sense of well-being. In an unhealthy state, one is overcome with fears or a constant low-level sense of insecurity that leads to clinging to people and situations that provide a superficial sense of comfort, but with unhealthy consequences. Struggles to know what is healthy to hold on to and when to let go.
