Provides the energy for building, working, and sustaining a consistent life-force energy in response to experience. Carries a gut-level “yes/no” response to what life brings and can engage with reliable fuel and staying power when the answer is “yes”. Power that is accessed and expressed through response. In an unhealthy state, one can be dominated by conditioned thinking or the influence of others, which leads to exhaustion, quitting, and frustration—getting impatient with waiting and then initiating rather than responding, which leads to futility and resistance. The most important exploration of the sacral center is to recognize and follow the truth of our own life-force energy.
Undefined Sacral
Able to see who has reliable power and energy in response and who is using their energy well. Able to guide and ride on the energy of others. In an unhealthy state, amplifies the energy of others and does not know when to stop, when to have a boundary, or recognize a natural limit. Burns out from running on empty and lacking healthy boundaries. Seeks to display power through sex, charisma, productivity, or overworking.
